Job summary

Korean Women's Association in Washington is seeking caring in-home caregivers for Vancouver, Battle Ground, Camas, Ridgefield and surrounding Clark County communities. These flexible full-time and part-time roles pay $23.54–$27.28 per hour and include medical, vision, dental, paid time off, and additional benefits.

You will support clients with morning routines, personal care, meal preparation, mobility assistance, and companionship, while ensuring safety and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Be 18+ years old.
• Have reliable personal transportation.
• Hold a valid Washington State driver's license and auto insurance.
• Be willing to become certified as a home care worker.
• Pass a criminal history and reference check.
• Preferred high school diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• Preferred experience as a caregiver or in a similar role.
• A compassionate demeanor and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with morning routines and daily activities.
• Provide companionship and engage in meaningful conversations.
• Help with personal hygiene and meal preparation.
