Job summary

Dunkin is hiring a Team Member for a fast-paced, guest-focused environment in Holden. You will assist in food and beverage preparation, assemble and package orders, and ensure a clean, safe workspace.

You’ll interact with guests, manage payments through POS, and support operations with stock and organization. We offer flexible scheduling, paid training, and the chance to earn tips while building foundational skills in food service and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Team-oriented mindset with guest focus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food and beverages following brand standards and recipes.
• Assemble and package orders accurately to provide excellent service.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace at all times.
• Operate POS systems for Drive Thru or Front Counter orders and handle payments.
• Communicate effectively with guests, managers, and coworkers.
• Stock items and organize storage areas to ensure smooth operations.
