Dunkin is hiring Crew Members to support food and beverage preparation, guest service, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace. You will follow brand standards and assist with order assembly and packaging, while engaging with guests and teammates across front-of-house areas.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Follow Brand standards, recipes, and systems.
• Follow food safety standards.
• Prepare food and beverages.
• Assemble and package orders.
• Understand the restaurant menu, including promos, and answer guest questions.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
• Clean equipment, service areas, and guest areas.
• Stock items at the workstation.
• Take Drive Thru or Front Counter orders and handle payments (if applicable).
• Meet speed of service standards and deliver accurate orders.
• Serve and communicate with guests.
• Maintain a guest-focused culture in the restaurant.
• Communicate effectively with managers and coworkers.
• Organize and maintain stock room and refrigerated areas.
