Job summary

Windsor Nursing and Rehabilitation Center of Harli in Harlingen, TX is seeking a Dietary Aide to assist with food preparation and meal service under the direction of the CDM and state guidelines. You will help prepare and serve beverages, set up and pass trays, stock carts, and support dining hall cleanliness.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and a Texas Food Handler Certificate; prior commercial kitchen experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with food prep and cooking following universal precautions and state/federal regulations
• Preparing and serving beverages
• Setting up and passing trays for meal service
• Stocking snack cart
• Bussing of tables and trays
• Cleaning the kitchen work area
• Dishwashing
• Follow proper handwashing guidelines
• Additional special projects or tasks can be assigned at times by the CDM or the Executive Director
