Job summary

Regency Integrated Health Services is hiring a Dietary Aide at Windsor Las Palmas Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in McAllen, TX. You will follow the CDM's direction to prepare and serve meals and ensure clean-up after meals.

Responsibilities include assisting with food prep, serving beverages, tray assembly, stocking snack cart, bussing, and maintaining kitchen cleanliness. A Texas Food Handler Certificate is required; a high school diploma is preferred, and prior kitchen experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Texas Food Handler Certificate required.
• Experience in a commercial kitchen preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with food prep and cooking following safety guidelines.
• Prepare and serve beverages.
• Set up and pass trays for meal service.
• Stock snack cart.
• Bus tables and trays.
• Clean kitchen work area.
• Dishwashing.
• Follow handwashing guidelines.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the CDM or Executive Director.
