Job summary

HireNow Staffing is actively recruiting Perioperative Anesthesia Outcomes Specialists (CRNA) to join client partners in Montgomery, PA. This full-time role offers flexible shifts, substantial earning potential, and opportunities to work across a broad range of surgical procedures.

CRNAs will collaborate with surgical teams and perioperative staff to provide safe anesthesia care before, during, and after procedures, with emphasis on work‑life balance and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Current CRNA certification and Pennsylvania licensure (or eligibility).
• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Anesthesia educational program.
• NBCRNA certification and recertification.
• Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive pre-anesthesia evaluations.
• Develop individualized anesthesia care plans based on patient history and procedural requirements.
• Administer general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care within clinical privileges.
• Continuously monitor patients and respond to changing conditions during procedures.
• Safely manage airway interventions and anesthesia recovery.
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, nurses, and perioperative staff to optimize outcomes.
• Provide post-anesthesia assessments and discharge recommendations.
• Maintain complete, accurate, compliant clinical documentation.
• Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.
• Maintain current clinical knowledge through continuing education.
