HireNow Staffing is actively recruiting Advanced Perioperative Airway & Anesthesia Performance CRNAs for full-time roles in Linden, Pennsylvania. You will work onsite, collaborating with surgeons and perioperative teams to provide safe anesthesia care across general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care.

Qualifications

• Current CRNA certification.
• PA licensure or eligibility for PA licensure.
• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Anesthesia program.
• Active NBCRNA certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and risk assessments.
• Create individualized anesthesia care plans.
• Administer general, regional, or monitored anesthesia care as needed.
• Monitor patient physiology and respond to changes.
• Manage post-anesthesia recovery and pain management.
• Collaborate with surgical teams and perioperative staff.
• Maintain compliant clinical documentation.
• Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.
