HireNow Staffing is seeking a CRNA for a full-time opportunity in Montgomery, Pennsylvania. The role offers flexible scheduling options with an emphasis on high-quality anesthesia care across diverse procedures.

Applicants must hold CRNA certification and Pennsylvania licensure (or eligibility) and reside within commuting distance to Montgomery. Onsite work, competitive compensation, and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Active CRNA certification and Pennsylvania licensure or eligibility.
• Graduate of an accredited nurse anesthesia program.
• NBCRNA certification and recertification.
• Relocate or reside within commuting distance to Montgomery, PA and authorized to work in the United States.

Responsabilités

• Perform comprehensive pre-anesthesia patient evaluations.
• Develop individualized anesthesia care plans based on patient history and procedural requirements.
• Administer general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care within clinical privileges.
• Continuously monitor patients during procedures and respond to physiological changes.
• Safely manage airway interventions and anesthesia recovery.
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, nurses, and perioperative staff to optimize outcomes.
• Provide post-anesthesia assessments and discharge recommendations.
• Maintain complete, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation.
• Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.
• Maintain current knowledge through continuing education and evidence-based practice.
