Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and have a good driving record.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs and maneuver up to 150 lbs with appropriate equipment.
• Prior customer-facing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous and efficient pick-up and delivery on an assigned route.
• Ensure packages conform to service standards and proper labeling.
• Operate dispatch systems and report stop counts and missorts.
• Maintain professional appearance and represent FedEx Canada publicly.
• Seek additional business from current customers and inform sales of leads.
• Answer questions about services and comply with regulations.
