Job summary

Sonic Drive-In in Pekin, IL is looking for a Cook to prepare, cook, and package food to company standards. You will operate grill and prep stations and help ensure accuracy and speed during service.

Responsibilities include maintaining clean work areas, following safety and sanitation rules, stocking as needed, and reporting issues to the Manager on Duty. Flexibility with days, nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Responsibilities

• Cook, prepare, and package food product pursuant to operational and quality standards
• Operate dresser, front swamp, back swamp, grill, and food prep stations as assigned
• Comply with all company policies, procedures, and operational standards
• Perform regular cleaning and sanitation duties – including trash disposal, mopping, sweeping, washing dishes and food preparation tools, wiping counters, sanitizing food preparation areas, cleaning equipment, and emptying used grease – pursuant to operational standards
• Regular attendance
