Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or 1 year of in-home care experience.
• Able to pass a criminal background check.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and proof of insurance.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions with limited supervision.
• Good communication skills and being reliable, energetic, and well organized.
• Comfortable using an electronic device.

Responsibilities

• Follow a care plan for the member and report completed tasks.
• Support with personal care (bathing, dressing, etc.).
• Assist with routine house cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation.
• Transport client to appointments, errands, and other locations as needed.
• Assist with self-administration of medications (no dosing).
• Observe and report changes in the member's condition.
