Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent in-home care experience.
• Pass a criminal background check.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license for member transportation.
• Ability to follow written/verbal instructions and stay organized.

Responsibilities

• Follow a care plan and report completed tasks.
• Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, etc.).
• Assist with routine housekeeping, laundry and meal preparation.
• Transport client to appointments and errands as needed.
• Support with self-administration of medications (no administering).
• Observe changes and report to supervisor.
