Job summary

Culver's in Whitehall, MI is hiring a Porter to keep the restaurant clean and welcoming. You will help maintain a tidy dining area, restrooms, and floors while supporting safety and security tasks to ensure a great guest experience.

Ideal candidates have prior janitorial experience, know sanitation procedures, and can communicate effectively with team members. Training is provided and schedules are flexible to fit staff needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a Cleaner/Janitor.
• Knowledge of sanitation procedures.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills.
• Familiarity with cleaning equipment, chemicals, and supplies.

Responsibilities

• Clean building floors (vacuum, mop, scrub, sweep).
• Collect and empty indoor trash.
• Clean, service, and restock restrooms.
• Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces.
• Support building security and safety activities.
• Assist in repair and maintenance tasks.
• Maintain tools and equipment.
• Organize and perform pest control activities.
