Responsibilities

• Provide maintenance to interior and exterior of the restaurant; complete daily, weekly, and monthly jobs.
• Maintain appearance of building exterior and grounds, including landscaping and snow removal.
• Rotate stock in the cooler, freezer, and dry storage using FIFO; monitor shelf life and code dates.
• Maintain a basic working knowledge of restaurant equipment operation.
• Complete scheduled maintenance on all restaurant equipment safely and correctly.
• Typical workday starts between 6:00 AM and 7:00 AM.
