Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen years of age and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must meet one of: AA degree or 72 college quarter credit hours or ParaPro/Pearson score as described.
• Must pass criminal background check.
• Official documentation required upon hire.
• Not able to sponsor employment at this time.

Responsibilities

• Assist teaching staff by completing instructional tasks and maintaining an orderly classroom.
• Manage study hall and testing room; support various locations as assigned.
• May be assigned to classroom, lunchroom, library, before-/after-school programs, or office.
• Work with an individual student or the whole classroom.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent

Associate degree (AA) or higher

ParaPro Assessment score 455+

Pearson Paraprofessional Assessment score 220+
