Job summary

Applebee's is looking for an enthusiastic bartender to mix and serve drinks following Applebee’s specifications. You will interact with guests in a friendly manner, serve food and drinks, and perform opening/closing sidework.

Garnish drinks and manage transactions efficiently to ensure guest satisfaction. The role requires timely service, accuracy in orders, and collaboration with kitchen staff to relay orders where needed.

Qualifications

• Mixes ingredients to prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages as per specs.
• Interacts with bar guests to create a friendly atmosphere.
• Serves food and drinks to bar guests.
• Completes opening and closing sidework as required.
• Slices fruit and vegetable garnishes for drinks.
• Relays orders to kitchen via POS system and handles transactions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve drinks according to Applebee’s standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of bar and stock levels.
• Ensure accurate guest checks and transactions.
• Provide friendly, efficient service to guests.
