The Islands of Islamorada by EOS Hospitality is seeking a professional bartender to join our waterfront property’s hospitality team. You will greet guests, take orders, and serve beverages in alignment with our standards.

You should have at least 1 year of bartending experience, strong communication skills, and a passion for beverage knowledge, wine, beer, and cocktails, while ensuring safe service and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 1+ year professional bartending experience at a full service bar.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• High standard of beverage knowledge and wine/ cocktails familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Greet, direct, seat, and take beverage orders with proper service.
• Adhere to beverage pour and recipe standards and upsell where possible.
• Stock garnishes, prep station, and manage daily specials communication.
