Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Prior shelter experience preferred.
• Ability to follow policies and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Check in guests daily and secure/check bags.
• Facilitate timely transitions for guests.
• Distribute linens and clothing to guests; prepare meals and snacks.
• Sanitize and clean kitchen, bathrooms and common areas.
• Supervise guests and de-escalate conflicts as needed.
• Maintain guest relations with respect and inclusivity.
