Civitas Senior Living in Kilgore, TX is seeking a Senior Living Activity Assistant to lead daily resident activities and coordinate engaging experiences. You will support safe transportation, foster community bonds, and collaborate with staff to create welcoming environments for our seniors.

The role emphasizes compassionate service, clear communication, and ongoing professional development; prior caregiving experience is valued and a driver’s license is required.

• Valid driver’s license with clean record for transportation duties.
• Basic computer skills for documentation and activities planning.

Responsabilidades

• Host daily activities and interactive sessions for residents.
• Use community vehicle to transport residents as needed.
• Educate, train, and encourage team on activity opportunities.
• Greet residents to foster community bonding at move-in.
• Decorate common areas for events and holidays.
• Take attendance and photographs for activity records.
• Ensure understanding and adherence to residents’ rights regulations.
• Attend training sessions and engage in ongoing learning.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
