This part-time role pays $21.00 per hour. No prior experience required, though a HS diploma or equivalent and a background check are common.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Licensing requirements vary by state/local laws and may be required.
• Valid driver’s license if driving a company or client vehicle.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• No prior experience required (for some postings).
• Be at least 18 years old (21 for armed postings).
• Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments.
• Ability to operate radio/console equipment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform security patrols on foot or in vehicle.
• Watch for irregular conditions creating security concerns.
• Sound alarms or notify police/fire in emergencies.
• Warn violators of infractions and monitor entrances/exits.
• Monitor authorized personnel and property removal per client rules.
• Investigate incidents and prepare written reports.
• Aid customers, employees, and visitors courteously.
• Make emergency notifications per Post Orders.
