Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Professional Flex Officer in Coppell, TX. You will protect client locations across industries using a shift-pickup platform to view and claim shifts that fit your schedule, gaining hands-on experience across sites.

Role may require irregular shifts with little notice, offering growth opportunities and a flexible path to a rewarding security career. Responsibilities include patrols, monitoring, incident reporting, and assisting customers professionally.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
• Valid driver’s license if driving a company or customer-owned vehicle.
• Background check required by law, with consideration of criminal histories.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Must be at least 18 years old (21 if armed).

Responsibilities

• Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot or in vehicle.
• Watch for irregular or unusual conditions that may create security concerns or safety hazards.
• Sound alarms or call police or fire department as needed.
• Warn violators of rule infractions and monitor entrances/exits.
• Prepare reports on accidents, incidents, and suspicious activities; maintain logs.
