Allied Universal is seeking a Security Professional Flex Officer in Raleigh, NC. The role focuses on flexible shifts via a shift-pickup platform, patrolling sites, and ensuring safety across multiple industries. Excellent communication and reliability are essential for coordinating with clients and team members.

Pay rate is $18.25 per hour. Valid driver’s license is required, and a background check and drug screen are mandatory.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• Valid driver’s license (as required).
• Background check and drug screen as a condition of employment.
• Ability to operate radio/console monitors and communicate clearly.
• Strong observation, reporting and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot or in vehicle.
• Watch for irregular or unusual conditions that may create security concerns.
• Sound alarms or request police/fire department as needed.
• Warn rule infractions and control access to property.
• Monitor entrances and exits; verify authorized removal of property.
• Investigate incidents and prepare written reports; maintain logs.
• Assist customers, employees, and visitors in a courteous, professional manner.
• Make emergency notifications as required by site post orders.
