Allied Universal is hiring a Security Professional Flex Officer in Fayetteville, NC. This part-time role offers flexibility to pick up shifts through our platform and gain diverse site experience across Healthcare, Education, Finance, and more.

The position requires 18+ (21 if armed), a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to pass a background check and drug screen. You will patrol, monitor entrances, report incidents, and assist clients with professionalism.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• Valid driver’s license if driving a company or customer-owned vehicle.
• Background check and drug screen required by law.
• Be at least 18 years of age (21 if armed).
• No prior experience required.

Responsibilities

• Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot or in vehicle.
• Watch for irregular or unusual conditions that may create security concerns or safety hazards.
• Sound alarms or call police or fire department in case of fire or unauthorized persons presence.
• Warn violators of rule infractions such as loitering, smoking, or carrying forbidden articles.
• Permit authorized persons to enter property and monitor entrances and exits.
• Observe departing personnel to protect company property and ensure authorized removal.
• Investigate and prepare reports on accidents, incidents, and suspicious activities; maintain logs.
• Aid customers, employees, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
• Make emergency notifications as necessary per site Post Orders.
