Allied Universal is seeking a Security Professional Branch Flex Officer in Dana Point, CA. The role uses our shift-pickup platform to view and claim open shifts, providing experience across Healthcare, Education, Finance, and more.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent (or 5 years verifiable experience) and may involve overnight shifts with a 10:00pm–6:00am schedule. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, retirement plans, and paid holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Background check as per federal/state/local laws.
• Drug screen as permitted by law.
• Must be 18+ (21+ if armed).
• Ability to operate radio/monitors; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Patrol designated areas on foot or in vehicle.
• Detect unusual conditions and security concerns.
• Sound alarms or notify authorities when needed.
• Escort authorized personnel and monitor entrances/exits.
• Investigate incidents and maintain post logs.
• Assist customers, employees, and visitors professionally.
• Make emergency notifications as required by Post Orders.
