Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Security Professional Flex Officer to serve clients across industries. You’ll use a shift‑pickup platform to view and claim openings, building a schedule that fits your availability while gaining site experience.

You may work irregular shifts with short notice to meet client needs. Ideal candidates are at least 18, with a high school diploma (or equivalent) and a background check.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• Ability to operate radio or console equipment and write reports.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills; reliable and adaptable.

Responsibilities

• Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot or in vehicle.
• Watch for irregular or unusual conditions that may create security concerns.
• Sound alarms or call police or fire department as needed.
• Warn violators of rule infractions and monitor entrances/exits.
• Observe departing personnel to protect company property.
• Investigate and prepare reports on accidents, incidents, and suspicious activities; maintain logs.
• Assist customers, employees, and visitors courteously and professionally.
• Make emergency notifications as necessary per site orders.
