Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• Licensing requirements depend on state/local laws and may be required prior to employment.
• Valid driver's license if operating a company or customer-owned vehicle.
• Background check and drug screen as a condition of employment.

Responsibilities

• Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot or in vehicle.
• Monitor for irregular or unusual conditions that may present security concerns.
• Sound alarms or contact police or fire departments as needed.
• Warn violators and enforce site rules.
• Control entry points and monitor entrances and exits.
• Observe and deter theft while protecting client property.
• Investigate incidents and maintain post logs.
• Assist customers, employees, and visitors courteously.
• Make emergency notifications per site Post Orders.
