Allied Universal is hiring a Security Professional Flex Officer to safeguard clients across various industries. You will use our shift-pickup platform to claim shifts that fit your availability, gaining site experience and growth opportunities.

Irregular shifts may occur with little notice, offering flexible scheduling and hands-on security exposure. Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent or 5 years of verifiable experience, background check, and drug screen.

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• Background check and drug screen required by Allied Universal.
• Must be 18+ years old; valid driver’s license if driving a company vehicle.
• Experience not strictly required; reliability and adaptability needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform security patrols on foot or in vehicle.
• Monitor for unusual conditions and safety hazards.
• Sound alarms or notify police/fire department if needed.
• Control access and monitor entrances/exits.
• Prepare written incident reports and maintain logs.
• Assist customers, employees, and visitors courteously.
• Make emergency notifications per site orders.
