Per Mar Security Services is seeking FLEX SECURITY OFFICERS to support the Waterloo/Cedar Rapids/Iowa City area in Iowa. This role covers multiple posts with shifts across 05:00–22:00 daily, including some overnights.

You must be 18+, have a valid driver's license, and be able to pass Iowa background checks; training provided at Cedar Rapids branch. Benefits offered include medical, life, dental, vision, paid vacation and holidays, disability plans, a 401K/403b, and educational assistance.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED equivalency.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be able to pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Cover vacant security posts and shifts across Waterloo/Cedar Rapids/Iowa City area.
• Be available for shifts 05:00–22:00 (and some overnights) and report to Cedar Rapids branch for onboarding interviews.
