Allied Universal is hiring a Security Professional Flex Officer to safeguard clients across industries, using our shift-pickup platform to build a flexible schedule. You may work irregular shifts with short notice, gaining hands-on site experience and growth opportunities.

The role starts at $22.78 per hour with opportunities to advance. Must be 18+ with a high school diploma or equivalent, and be willing to undergo background checks and drug screening as required by law.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• Background check conducted per federal, state and local laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Age 18+ (21+ in some states or postings) and able to operate basic security equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot or in vehicle.
• Watch for irregular or unusual conditions that may create security concerns or safety hazards.
• Sound alarms or call police or fire department if needed.
• Warn violators of rule infractions and monitor entrances/exits.
• Observe departing personnel to deter theft and protect client property.
• Investigate incidents and prepare written reports; maintain logs.
