Job summary

Marksman Security is hiring FLEX Security Officers for Toyota Motor Manufacturing in Jackson, TN. This is a part-time role with weekend and holiday availability required and up to 30 hours per week. Pay is $18.00 per hour, with immediate hiring.

The position involves proactive patrols, enforcing site policies, and maintaining a secure environment for all personnel and visitors. Strong customer service and security experience are valued, with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• High school degree or equivalent.
• TN Guard Card preferred, or the ability to obtain a TN Guard Card.
• Professional demeanor and appearance.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Minimum of one year of customer service or security service experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and guests in a prompt and courteous manner.
• Manage all guest/visitor access and eject trespassers when necessary.
• Verify credentials of incoming individuals/vehicles.
• Document and maintain a log of visitors and notify residents of arrivals.
• Assist in protecting people and equipment and enforce policies.
• Monitor for suspicious behavior and help prevent vandalism or theft.
• Observe surveillance cameras and alarms and report issues.
• Patrol interior/exterior perimeters to identify safety risks.
• Warn violators of infractions and enforce rules.
