The position includes duties such as patrolling property, providing first aid when necessary, and coordinating with Human Resources for onboarding and licensing requirements. A minimum age of 21 and a guest-first attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• One year or more of law enforcement, or security experience (preferred).
• American Red Cross or Equivalent Adult First Aid/CPR Certification or ability to obtain one upon hire.
• Have or obtain any gaming license that may be required.
• Minimum age 21 to comply with regulatory requirements.
• Team player with a guest-first attitude.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety and welfare of guests and employees.
• Maintain order and peace on the property and conduct area patrols.
• Provide first aid/CPR when needed and assist guests professionally.
• Uphold gaming regulations and company policies; read security reports daily.
• Investigate incidents, prepare detailed reports, and support investigations as needed.
• Work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
