Job summary

Allied Universal, North America’s leading security and facility services company, is hiring a Security Guard Warehouse Flex in Commerce City, CO. You will serve and safeguard clients across healthcare, education, and finance while using our shift-pickup platform to claim shifts that fit your availability.

The role emphasizes flexibility, strong communication, and professional conduct. Duties include patrols, access control, de‑escalation, and reporting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background investigation and drug screening will be conducted.
• Willingness to work varied shifts and perform patrol duties.

Responsibilities

• Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot or in vehicle.
• Watch for irregular or unusual conditions that may create security concerns or safety hazards.
• Sound alarms or call police/fire department in case of fire or unauthorized presence.
• Warn violators of rule infractions (loitering, smoking, forbidden items).
• Permit authorized persons to enter property and monitor entrances/exits.
• Observe departing personnel to protect company property and ensure authorized removals.
• Investigate and prepare reports on accidents, incidents, and suspicious activities; maintain logs.
• Aid customers, employees, and visitors courteously and professionally.
• Make emergency notifications as necessary per site Post Orders.
