Allied Universal is seeking a Security Guard Flex Unarmed Patrol Driver in Bloomington, MN. The role offers 30–40 hours weekly with a variable schedule driven by manager assignments and the Earn More, Claim-A-Shift program. Pay is $22.04 per hour with benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401k, and life insurance. Candidates must be 18+ and meet licensing and background requirements.

Qualifications

• Must be available to work varying shifts, including holidays, nights, and weekends.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Must be available for last-minute shift scheduling.
• Must be able to travel the required distance for Branch Flex assignments.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check will be conducted per laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot or in vehicle.
• Watch for irregular or unusual conditions that may create security concerns or safety hazards.
• Sound alarms or contact authorities in case of fire or unauthorized presence.
• Warn violators of infractions.
• Monitor entrances and exits to property.
• Observe departing personnel to prevent theft of company property.
• Investigate incidents and maintain written logs.
• Assist customers, employees, and visitors courteously and professionally.
• Make emergency notifications as needed per site orders.
