Harmann Studios Inc. in De Pere, WI is seeking a Flexible School Photographer for the current season. You’ll join a lively team to capture student and staff portraits across Northeast Wisconsin, with training and equipment provided and a favorable schedule that fits school timetables.

Starting pay ranges from $17.50 to $19.00 per hour, with an end-of-season bonus and potential for increased hourly rates based on experience. This seasonal role offers 20–40+ hours weekly and mileage reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Must be willing to work early mornings and flexible schedules.
• Comfortable with basic computer tools and PC-based systems.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Capture high-quality portraits of students and staff in school settings.
• Set up and operate cameras, lighting, and backdrops provided by Harmann Studios.
• Create a fun, positive experience for students, staff and parents.

Job description

Compensation: Starting at $17.50/hr. - $19.00/hr based on experience. End of season bonus. Hourly rate will increased based on years of experience. We will train and provide a great experience with our team. If you have been an independent photographer, you will enjoy our team environment as we capture hundreds of smiles each day.

• Set the stage with professional cameras, lighting, and backdrops that we provide
• Create a fun, positive experience for everyone in front of your lens

When You’ll Work:

• Seasonal role: Now through November
• Monday-Friday, early mornings to mid-afternoons. If you are in school or have other obligations, we have flexible scheduling
• 20-40+ hours per week, with potential for extra hours in our photo lab
