Job summary

Precision HR Solutions, Inc is currently hiring Substitute Paraprofessionals for the Fox Chapel Area School District for the 2026-27 School Year. Opportunities to work every day or make your own flexible schedule.

Supervise and monitor students' activities throughout the school day and ensure their safety within the school building and surrounding areas. You may work 1:1 or assist a classroom of students to create a safe, nurturing, and academically engaging environment.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
Clearances within one year: PA State Criminal History Record, Child Abuse Report, and FBI Criminal History Report.

Responsibilities

Supervise and monitor students' activities throughout the school day.
Ensure students' safety within the school building and surrounding areas.
Work 1:1 or assist a classroom of students to provide a safe, nurturing, and academically stimulating environment.
Maintain a classroom environment conducive to effective learning.
Maintain confidentiality regarding student matters.
Work cooperatively with coworkers.
Establish supportive and helpful relationships with children.
Perform other related duties as assigned by program/building administrator(s) in accordance with school policies and practices.
