Job summary

KIPP Tulsa is seeking a flexible School Operations Support Specialist to help transport students, support classrooms, and assist with school operations across campuses. The role requires CDL with P and S endorsements, a clean driving record, and the ability to manage safety and student supervision.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Valid driver’s license required.
Valid CDL with Passenger (P) and School Bus (S) endorsements.
Pass background checks, driving-record checks, physical exams, and drug testing as required.
Ability to meet school bus driver certification and training requirements.
Ability to work with students across multiple grade levels.
Ability to safely manage students while operating a school bus.
Ability to communicate professionally with students, families, teachers, leaders, and colleagues.

Responsibilities

Safely operate a school bus and other approved vehicles per laws and policies.
Provide transportation for students to educational programs and events.
Serve as a substitute teacher when classroom coverage is needed.
Support arrival, dismissal, events, and other school operations as assigned.
Respond to operational needs and assist with logistics, inventory, and facilities projects.
