Lunchtime Solutions is seeking a dependable Substitute Kitchen Helper to support our school food service program on an as-needed basis at IKM Manning School District. You’ll step in for absent team members, helping with food prep, serving students, and keeping a clean, organized kitchen.

Qualifications

• Ability to work on an as-needed basis across multiple school locations.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
• Ability to follow simple recipes and measure ingredients for batch preparation.
• Dependability, integrity, and a customer-service mindset.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks regularly.

Responsibilities

• Fill in at school kitchens when staff are out to ensure meal service continues.
• Assist with food preparation, serving students, and keeping areas clean and organized.
• Follow serving-size guidelines and maintain proper rotation and sanitation (FIFO).
• Maintain food safety, complete basic logs, and support production records.
