Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve food according to recipes and safety standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe kitchen and service area.
• Stock serving lines, salad bars, and milk coolers.
• Follow food storage, rotation, and sanitation procedures.
• Serve meals to students, staff, and visitors.
• Assist with deliveries and inventory.
• Sweep, mop, and manage trash as needed.
• Follow local, state, federal health regulations.
• Step in to cover shifts as needed.
• Submit reports and meet deadlines.
• Carry out additional duties to support kitchen and meal program.
