Job summary

Soliant staff is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a supportive school district located about 35 minutes east of Winston-Salem, NC. The position can be full-time or part-time for the 2026-2027 school year, with a typical 35-hour work week and a caseload of roughly 45-50 students.

Responsibilities include evaluating and treating disorders, updating IEP goals, and collaborating with teachers and families.

Qualifications

• Active or eligible North Carolina SLP license.
• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• ASHA certification preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• School-based experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat speech, language, and communication disorders.
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans and IEP goals.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Complete required documentation and progress reports.
• Participate in IEP meetings and support student achievement.
