Job summary

Harri in Dallas seeks an attentive, friendly Server to join our restaurant team. You will greet guests, take orders, and provide prompt, courteous service.

You will work with bartenders, hosts, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service, maintain cleanliness, and handle payments while upholding health and safety standards. Previous serving experience and strong communication are preferred. Flexible scheduling and employee meal discounts are offered.

Qualifications

• Previous serving experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
• Must meet minimum age requirements to serve alcohol (where applicable).

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and establish a friendly rapport.
• Present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations to enhance the dining experience.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
• Deliver food and beverages promptly and ensure proper presentation.
• Check in with guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction.
• Anticipate guest needs and provide attentive, personalized service.
• Work collaboratively with bartenders, hosts, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, dining area, and service stations.
• Process guest payments accurately and handle cash/credit transactions.
• Uphold all health, safety, and sanitation standards.
