Integral Senior Living in California seeks a Care/Medication Technician to deliver hands-on care and support to residents in Independent Living, Assisted Living and Memory Care communities. The role includes medication observation, documentation, and responding to resident needs to maintain a safe, home-like environment.

The position emphasizes compassion for seniors, adherence to care plans, and collaboration with nurses and coordinators.

Qualifications

• Certified Nurse’s Aid certification preferred.
• High School diploma/GED required.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• CPR Certification preferred.
• First Aid Certification preferred.
• Previous experience working with seniors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on care and emotional support to residents.
• Observe and report changes in residents’ condition.
• Respond to calls and assist with daily living activities.
• Assist with continence management and meal service.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in resident rooms and community areas.
• Assist with activities of daily living as instructed.
• Engage residents in life skills and enrichment activities.
