Job summary

Family Resource Home Care in Aberdeen, WA is hiring caregivers for flexible, part-time shifts with progression to full-time schedules. We offer weekly pay, travel time compensation, and comprehensive training to support new caregivers.

Positions require weekend availability, bilingual abilities (Spanish helpful), and ability to travel up to 40 minutes to client locations. No experience? We train you to deliver high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and able to lift up to 50 lb.
• Requires ability to pass a state and national background check.
• Must own a smartphone and be able to use a mobile app.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance and clean driving record.
• Washington state HCA training if not licensed; training available after joining.

Responsibilities

• Household chores (cleaning, laundry, dishes, etc.)
• Cooking and/or serving meals
• Assisting with bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Providing companionship through daily activities and hobbies
• Driving clients to store or appointments
• Monitoring and reporting on client condition
