Job summary

Family Resource Home Care is hiring caregivers in Washington to join an award-winning team dedicated to improving lives. Flexible scheduling and weekly pay are emphasized, with part-time hours initially and the possibility of full-time schedules as we establish routes.

Open roles include weekend shifts and bilingual candidates; driving to client locations is common, with travel time paid. Training and support are provided to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb occasionally.
• Must own a smartphone with a mobile app.
• Ability to pass a state and national background check.
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance and clean driving record.
• HCA training program offered; training provided as needed.

Responsibilities

• Household chores (cleaning, laundry, dishes, etc.)
• Cooking and/or serving meals
• Helping clients bathe, dress, and groom
• Providing companionship through daily activities and hobbies
• Driving clients to store or appointments
• Monitoring and reporting on client condition
