Job summary

Family Resource Home Care in Aberdeen, WA is hiring caregivers to support clients in their homes. This role offers flexible scheduling, part-time hours initially, and the chance to grow into full-time schedules as demand increases. You will be paid weekly and can earn from $20 to $27 per hour depending on client and shift.

No previous experience is required as training is provided. Requirements include being 18+, ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally, a smartphone, and the ability to pass

Qualifications

• 18 years+
• Ability to lift a minimum of 10lbs and up to 50lbs rarely.
• Must own a smart phone with capabilities to download and use a mobile app.
• Ability to pass a state and national background check
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance and clean driving record
• Ability to complete state-required caregiver/HCA training as needed

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living.
• Perform household chores, meal prep, and grooming.
• Provide companionship and engage in daily activities and hobbies.
• Drive clients to stores or appointments as needed.
• Monitor and report on client condition.
