Job summary

Auntie Anne’s in Akron is hiring team members to bring delicious pretzels to guests with a friendly attitude. You’ll work in a fast-paced setting, handling orders, baking, and cashier duties while keeping the store clean and welcoming.

No experience required—paid training is provided. Flexible scheduling offers 20–40 hours per week, with opportunities to grow into leadership roles and benefits such as health insurance and 401(k) eligibility.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Flexible availability (weeknights, weekends, and holidays).
• TB clearance required (if applicable by location).
• 0–1 year of food service or retail experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and stay active throughout your shift.
• Comfortable working in warm and cold environments (ovens, prep areas, walk‑ins).
• Basic math skills and comfort using POS systems.
• Food handler certification (current or ability to obtain within 30 days).
• High school diploma or equivalent experience preferred.
• Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and register systems.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with friendly, upbeat service
• Prepare, bake, and serve Auntie Anne’s products to brand standards
• Operate registers and handle cash accurately
• Keep the store clean, stocked, and organized
• Work together with your team to deliver excellent guest experiences
