NBCOT-certified clinicians and licensed OT staff ensure adherence to Life Care standards for both short-term and long-term care.

The role emphasizes strong documentation, teamwork, and patient-centered care with an emphasis on safety and compliance within a large national network.

Qualifications

• NBCOT certification upon hire; renewal optional.
• Graduate of an accredited OT program (ASOT).
• Current state license in good standing throughout employment.
• CPR certification upon hire or during orientation; must remain current.

Responsibilities

• Follow occupational treatment plans under the direction of the supervising OT.
• Chart appropriately and timely.
• Utilize therapy software accurately.
• Exhibit excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards patients.
• Assist in the evacuation of patients.
• Demonstrate dependable, regular attendance.
• Communicate and collaborate on an interdisciplinary team.
• Read, write, speak English.
