In this role you will balance cash, process payments, serve desserts and beverages, and work with teammates to ensure swift, warm service in a busy Memphis setting.

Qualifications

• Cash handling and POS transactions in a fast-casual environment.
• Meticulous accuracy in cash balancing and dessert prep.
• Excellent communication and friendly demeanor.
• Ability to stay organized and clean under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Accurate financial management: prepare bills for food and accept payment or make change using the POS system. At the end of the shift, accurately balance receipts and payments in cash registers.
• Exceptional guest service: Provide a welcoming, helpful, and efficient experience for every guest. This includes serving food, beverages, or desserts to customers.
• Dessert Station: Own the dessert station! Prepare items, scoop ice cream, wrap desserts for serving or takeout.
• Front-of-House sanitation: Maintain a sparkling service area. Sweep and mop to keep front counter and lobby sanitary.
• Beverage & Condiment Prep: Ensure serving station is stocked; brew tea, fill containers, replenish lemons.
• Teamwork & Flexibility: Attend meetings and assist fellow employees to meet guests' needs; fill-in as needed.
