Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Clear communication in a loud environment
• Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor
• Reliable, punctual, and flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Food Handler's Card as required by law, food service experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with warmth and enthusiasm
• Assist in production, prep, service, cashier, expo, drive-thru, barista, and other areas as needed
• Assemble fresh salads, soups, and sandwiches with accuracy and speed
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace following food safety standards
• Support team by completing cleaning and stocking duties and assisting next shift setup
• Contribute to a welcoming guest experience and make moments of comfort and joy
