Cardinal Health is hiring a Warehouse Associate II in Memphis, TN to support order fulfillment, packing, and shipment processes. The role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

You will learn and apply standard procedures, participate in cross-training across warehouse areas, and help maintain inventory accuracy and a clean, compliant workplace. Training on equipment may be required as needed.

Formación

• Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Comfort with heights up to 30 ft.
• Able to follow directions and adapt priorities.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with computers or point-of-sale systems is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Follow established process to fulfill orders, including picking, quality checks, packing, and preparing for shipment.
• Cross-training in multiple areas of the warehouse and participation in projects as needed.
• Perform housekeeping and inventory control tasks and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Willingness to train and be certified to operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklift, order picker) as required.
