Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a warehouse associate in California to fulfill orders, pick and pack items, and prepare shipments while maintaining safety and accuracy. You will cross-train across warehouse functions and participate in projects to improve efficiency, with opportunities to operate equipment such as order pickers and forklifts.

We welcome candidates with varying experience; training starts on day one.

Qualifications

• We are open to candidates with little to no warehouse experience.
• Training is provided starting your first day.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Follow established process to fulfill orders including picking, quality checks, packing, and preparing for shipment.
• Cross-training in multiple areas of the warehouse and participate in projects as needed.
• Perform housekeeping and inventory control to maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Be trained and certified to drive material handling equipment as required.
